Annual Meetings & Auction
Powder River members gather annually to weigh issues and policy positions and pass new resolutions, which become the organization's official policy.
But Powder River's Annual Meeting, usually held the first Saturday in November, is more than a policy session. It's a chance for dedicated citizens and community leaders from throughout the state to gather for a little socializing and just have some fun.
It's also an opportunity to support Powder River's valuable work. The Annual Meeting's popular Silent Auction is our organization's most successful fund-raising event of the year, offering beautiful antique and locally crafted jewelry, stunning artwork by members and non-members alike, sporting goods, vacation opportunities in Wyoming and around the world and services such by professional fishing and hunting guides.
We're always looking for more donations for our crowd-pleasing Silent Auction. And, of course, we're always happy to have more bidders join us for the event. Please call Stephanie Avey at the Powder River office (307-672-5809) for more information.
