54th Annual Business Meeting
Non-profit organizations with a membership base are required to have a business meeting.
The meeting will cover the following
- Activity and effectiveness of the past 12 months by the organization
- Voting for new Board Members
- Submitting new resolutions by members
- Reviewing proposed resolutions submitted by the PRBRC Staff and Board
- Review of the Financials
A current membership is required to attend the business meeting and to vote.
An Annual Meeting ticket purchase is not required to attend the business meeting.
An Annual Meeting ticket purchase is required to participate in the Social, Auction, Dinner and Keynote Speaker/Guest.
